PHILLIP TAN – Founding Partner & Chief Executive Officer
Phillip Tan founded Kusler Group along with Richard Campbell and serves as Kusler Group Chief Executive Officer and takes an active part in the daily operations of Kusler Group . Phillip has over 20 years experience in global financial services.
Prior to founding Kusler Group, Phillip was at HSBC where he served as Head of Equities Distribution for Asia Pacific. Phillip’s dedication to a personalized service, comprehensive planning skills and a commitment to his clients ultimately led him to establish Kusler Group in 2012.
Phillip Tan is graduate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and earned his BA in Business Management.
RICHARD CAMPBELL – Founding Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Richard Campbell serves as Kusler Group Chief Financial Officer and is also the Co-Founder. Ryan possesses over 18 years experience in investment, asset and portfolio management. Richard oversees all financial related matters of the firm.
Prior to co-founding Kusler Group, Richard was at Barclays in London, where he was Head of Asia-Pacific Equity and was regularly ranked the top derivatives analyst. Richard then transferred to Barclays Taiwan Headquarters before helping to co-found Kusler Group.
Richard Campbell holds a BSc and MSc in Economics from the Queen Mary College, University of London.
JULIE CHEN – Chief Investment Officer
Julie Chen has been in the financial sector for more than two decades and is Chief Investment Officer of Kusler Group. Julie oversees all aspects of investment, macroeconomic research, FX portfolio management and investment strategy.
Prior to joining Kusler Group in 2016, Julie was Head of Research at China CITIC Bank in Beijing where she held various roles encompassing macroeconomic research and fixed income securities.
Julie Chen earned her MSc in Financial Mathematics from the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing.
VIKRAM YADAV – Chief Technology Officer
Vikram Yadav joined Kusler Group in 2017 and serves as Kusler Group Chief Technology Officer. Vikram has more than 20 years experience in developing technology for financial institutions across India.
Prior to joining Kusler Group , Vikram was Electronic Trading Development Manager at the State Bank of India, where he implemented a variety of internet based banking facilities dedicated to front office activities.
Vikram graduated from the Bangalore Institute of Technology with a PhD in Computer Science and Mathematic
